FRANCES ANN KELLER

Richmond, Va.

Frances Ann (Hitpas) Keller, wife of Richard W. Keller, died on Oct. 21, 2021, of complications from dementia in Richmond, Va. Fran was born March 9, 1950, to Kevin and Frances Hitpas. Fran graduated from Atlantic High School in 1968. Fran and Richard married Feb. 27, 1971, after meeting at Iowa State University. Richard was a 1968 graduate of Fairfield High School and the couple lived in Fairfield when he was photographer of The Ledger in the 1970s.

Fran was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Susan.

She is survived by her husband; three children, Elizabeth Keller, Rochester, N.Y.; Kevin Keller (Jessica) and daughters, Aniela and Josephine, Quinton, Va.; Jessica Keller (Aaron Bond) Lee's Summit, Mo.

Fran was cremated. Memorial service is 11 a.m. Nov. 13, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Richmond.
