Frances Carlin
Frances Carlin, 78, of Washington, died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2008, in the Washington care Center in Washington following a lengthy illness.
A time of gathering and visitation will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008, in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Interment will be in the Rock Island National Cemetery in Rock Island, Ill. Memorials may be made to the Washington Care Center or the Alzheimer's Association.
Mrs. Carlin was born Dec. 8, 1929 in Colorado. She married Armour Carlin in Colorado.
