Frances Isabel Berry Mullen, 95, died at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2005 at the Halcyon House, Washington.
Her body has been cremated, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Mullen was born July 17, 1910, to Walter and Floy Berry in Mexico, Mo.
