Frances J. Miller
WELLMAN - Frances J. Miller, 93, of Wellman, died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008, in the Parkview Manor in Wellman.
Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. today in the Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wellman with the Rev. Rich Pippert officiating. Burial will be in Wellman Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Wellman Ambulance or the Asbury United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Miller was born Nov. 19, 1914, near West Liberty, the daughter of Alfred Nixon and Emma Kate (Arnold) Rabe. She married Ardell J. Miller on June 26, 1938 in Independence.
