Frances LaRay Fern
Frances LaRay Fern, 88, of Washington, died Tuesday, July 1, 2003, at United Presbyterian Home in Washington, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 8, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Ron McMenamin officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon on Monday at the funeral home, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be directed to United Presbyterian Church or United Presbyterian Home.
