Frances M. Whitmore
Frances M. Whitmore, 79, of La Quinta, Calif., formerly of Batavia, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2008, at home.
A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Kremer Funeral Chapel in Batavia, with the Rev. David Albert officiating. A private committal service will be at Batavia Cemetery.
Open visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the family present from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
A memorial fund has been established.
Mrs. Whitmore was born July 11, 1928, in Fairfield, the daughter of Harold and Iva West Six. She married Ralph Whitmore July 15, 1945, in Little Rock, Ark. He died Aug. 25, 1995.
