Frances P. Leeper

      BRIGHTON - Frances P. Leeper, 94, of Washington, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009, in the Washington County Hospital in Washington.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27 in the Brighton United Church with the Rev. Sallie Graves officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will open at 5 p.m. this evening in the Brighton United Church, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Brighton United Church or to the family.

      Mrs. Leeper was born Sept. 28, 1914, in Harper, the daughter of Charles E. and Christina (Saner) Derby. She married Clifford W. Leeper on July 6, 1934 in Wheaton. He died Dec. 10, 1999.
