Frances Rich Howe
Frances Rich Howe, 87, of Hayward Calif., formerly of Noble, died Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2005 in Hayward.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at St. James Catholic Church in Washington with the Rev. Ed O'Melia officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Kingston. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. A general memorial has been established.
Mrs. Howe was born Jan. 18, 1918, near Noble to Joseph and Myrtle (Shumaker) Rich. She married John Howe. He preceded her in death.
