Francis ?Frank? G. Mann

    Francis ?Frank? G. Mann, 96, of Washington, died Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, in the Washington County Hospital in Washington following a lengthy illness.

    Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16, at the Hillside Cemetery in St. Charles, Minn., with the Rev. Heather Klason officiating. Burial will be at Hillside

Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Memorial contributions may be made to PAWS and More Animal Shelter, Shriners Children?s Hospital, or Washington County Hospice.

    Mr. Mann was born April 29, 1914, in St. Charles, Minn., the son of Horace and Bess (Nesbit) Mann. He married Cleo M. Cole on April 21, 1949, in Missouri.
