Francis John Mottet

FAIRFIELD ? Francis John Mottet, 92, of Richland, died at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield, where he as a resident.

    A Mass of Resurrection will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Fairfield with the Rev. Stephen C. Page officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield. Visitation at Gould Funeral Home in Richland will be held at 5 p.m. today, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Prayers for a Christian Wake will start at 7 p.m. today. Memorials to the Polishille Association or St. Mary New Catholic Church Building Fund have been established.

    Mr. Mottet was born May 31, 1917, in Riverside, to Laurence Xavier and Mary Winifred Streb Mottet. He was married to Mary Teresa Chuck in East Pleasant Plain on Jan. 24, 1948.
