Frank Delno Williams was born October 4, 1942 in Knoxville, IA to Donald and Sarah Williams. He grew up in Pershing Iowa, where he attended the Attica Schools. He joined the Army and served in Vietnam in 1968-69. He moved to the North English area in 1984. Frank married Louise Denison on October 4, 2006.Frank was a carpenter and welder. His pastimes were fishing, hunting and hunting for mushrooms. He also enjoyed going dancing and going to auctions. Frank died on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at Lantern Park in Coralville, at the age of 81 years.

Frank is survived by his wife, Louise; sons Owen (Carrie) Williams, Des Moines; Robin Williams Knoxville; Scott Holden, North English; and daughter Lacey Denison, Williamsburg; brothers: Dennis Williams (Patty) Harvey, IA, Fred Williams, Des Moines, Gerald Williams, Pershing, IA, and sister Vernie (Roy) Ellis, Richardson, Texas; 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Donald Williams Jr., Howard, and Phil.
