Frank Elmer Van Syoc
Frank Elmer Van Syoc, 85, of New London, died on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2002, at New London Nursing and Rehab.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, at Elliott Chapel in New London with Fr. Nick Adam officiating. Visitation will be after noon on Friday, Feb. 22, at the funeral home with the family present from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Burial will be in Burge Cemetery in New London. Memorials may be made to New London Fire and Rescue.
