Frank Gregan

      COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Frank Gregan, 81, of Columbus Junction, died Monday, Sept. 15, 2008, in his home.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, in the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Columbus Junction with the Rev. Paul Appel officiating. Burial will be in Columbus City Cemetery. Following the interment, there will be a time of food and fellowship in the Allen Wright Hanft American legion Post No. 100. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction with a prayer service at 7 p.m. lead by the Rev. Joseph Sia. A memorial fund has been established.

      Mr. Gregan was born March 18, 1927 in Keswick, the son of Patrick and Mary (O'Rourke) Gregan. He married Martha Peiffer on Oct. 3, 1953 in Keota.
