Frank R. Caldwell
Frank R. Caldwell, 65, of Washington, died Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at Washington Care Center, following a lengthy illness.
Graveside services will be held at 5 p.m., Thursday April 28, 2005, in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington, with the Rev. Gene Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow the services. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County. Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington is handling arrangements.
Mr. Caldwell was born April 12, 1940, in Washington County, to Howard W. and Gladys (Scranton) Caldwell.
