Frank Swink

      Frank Swink, 76, of Mt. Pleasant, died on Sunday, March 24, 2002, at his home, after a long struggle with emphysema.

      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27, at Calvary Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant with the Rev. Jeffrey Crawford officiating. Visitation will begin after noon on Tuesday, March 26 at the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt. Pleasant with the family present from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Hillsboro Cemetery with full military rites by VFW Post #2561, American Legion Post #58 and Amvets Post #44. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be given to the Crossroads Hospice of Southeast Iowa and the Calvary Baptist Church.
