Frank Sylvester Aplara
Frank Sylvester Aplara, 77, of Lockridge, died Saturday, Nov. 22, 2008, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
A gathering for family and friends will be from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at Lockridge School in Lockridge. According to family wishes, the body has been cremated. Burial of cremains will be at a later date.

Mr. Aplara was born Oct. 25, 1931, in Glasgow. He married Shirley Ann Reinks Dec. 19, 1954, in Kahoka, Mo. She died March 21, 2003.
