Franklin H. Mullen
Franklin Harry Mullen, 92, of Halcyon House in Washington, formerly of Donnellson, died at 1:10 a.m., Wednesday, April 5, 2006, at Halcyon House.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Born July 9, 1913, he was the son of John M. and Ruby Bell Mullen. On March 5, 1939, he married Frances Isabel Berry.
