Fred Edward Stout
Fred Edward Stout, 72, formerly of Orchard Hill Rescare in Washington, died Wednesday, March 19, 2003, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City following failing health.
A private funeral service will be held later, with the Rev. Jonathan Rozendaal officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 22 at Gould Funeral Home in Richland. A memorial has been established for Orchard Hill Rescare.
