Fred F. Stigers, 88, of Wellman formally of Washington, died Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at the Parkview Home in Wellman.
A celebration of his life will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, March 15, 2024, at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with military honors. Burial will be at a later date at the Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon until service time on Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be designated to Hospice of Washington Co.
