Freda Ruth Townsend
Freda Ruth Townsend, 81, of Mt. Pleasant, died on Friday, April 25, 2003, at her home.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30 at the First Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. David Plooster officiating. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery. Visitation will be at noon on Tuesday at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials have been established to the First Baptist Church and the Midwest Old Threshers Foundation.
