KALONA ? G. Deon Bender of rural Parnell died Monday, May 21, 2012, in Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 24, at the West Union Mennonite Cemetery in rural Wellman. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona.
