Garnet Louise McChesney, 76, of Mt. Pleasant, died Saturday, June 24, at the Henry County Health Center.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, at the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Will Hunsaker officiating. A private, family burial will be at Forest Home Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon on Tuesday, June 27, at the funeral home, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials have been established to Mt. Pleasant's Relay for Life.
