Gary Eugene Crossett

    Gary Eugene Crossett, 73, of Washington, died Wednesday, April 8, 2009, in the Washington County Hospital in Washington, following a sudden illness.

    Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, April 13, at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Linda Foor officiating.  The body will be cremated following the funeral.  Burial will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 14.  Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home where the family will be present to receive friends.  A general memorial fund has been established.

    Mr. Crossett was born Dec. 30, 1935, in Washington County, the son of Martial and Esther (Stump) Crossett.  He married Ellen Schantz on Jan. 14, 1952, in Bloomfield.
