Gary Leu

      Gary Leu, 58, of Albuquerque, N.M., died Saturday, April 23, 2005.

      Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 27, at Risen Savior Catholic Community in Albuquerque. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

      A prayer vigil will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday at French Mortuary in Albuquerque.

      Leu retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1989 after serving 23 years and attaining the rank of major. He served as the accounting and finance officer at Kirtland Air Force Base. After his retirement, he continued to work at Motorola, CTS, and Pride Industries.

      Survivors include his wife, Sharon of Albuquerque; his mother, Laura May Leu of Fairfield; one sister, Donna Hagerman of Ames; and one brother, Joe Leu of Iowa City.

      He was preceded in death by his father Roy Leu; and one brother, Leo Leu.
