Gary W. Snyder
Gary Wayne Snyder, 47, of New London, died Wednesday, Oct. 22, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.
Visitation will begin at noon Saturday, Oct. 25, at Elliott Chapel in New London with family present from 5-7 p.m. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, at the chapel with Adam Ross officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant.
A memorial has been established for an education fund for his children.
He was born March 30, 1961, in Mt. Pleasant, the son of Dennis and Iva Boecker Snyder. On Sept. 6, 1990, he married Brenda Carson in Port St. Lucie, Fla.
