Geneva I. Chorpening
Geneva I. Chorpening, 95, of Wayland, died on Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2002, at Washington County Hospital, of a sudden illness.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington with the Revs. Jim Cluney and Robert Wolf officiating. Visitation will begin after 9 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 25, at the funeral home with the family present from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials may be made to the Wayland Park View Home or the Assembly of God Church.
