George A. Herring
LONE TREE ? George A. Herring, 70, of Lone Tree, died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011, in Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, in St. Joseph?s Catholic Church in Hills with the Rev. Jason Crossen and The Rev. Bill Kneemiller officiating. Burial will be in the St. Stanislaus Cemetery in rural Hills. Following the committal services at the cemetery, a time of food and fellowship will be held in St. Joseph?s Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday with a prayer service at 7 p.m. in the Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Lone Tree. A memorial fund has been established.
