George W. DeGrange July 8, 1921 - November 21, 2003

George W. DeGrange, 82, of Burlington, died Nov. 21, 2003 at his home.

      Funeral services were held today at Lunning Chapel with the Rev. Forrest Krummel officiating. Burial will be at the Evangelical Cemetery in Donnellson. The Donnellson American Legion Post 474 will perform military rites. Memorials have been established for the American Heart Association and the First Presbyterian Church of Burlington.

      Survivors include his wife, one son, Steve and his wife Sinmei DeGrange of Los Gatos, Calif.; two daughters, Shari and her husband Steve Smith of West Burlington and Sheila and her husband Scott Goff of West Burlington; seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren; one brother, Ellis DeGrange of Mt. Pleasant and one sister Margaret Rehwoldt of Mt. Pleasant.

      He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
