Gerald A. Martin

      Gerald A. Martin, 93, of Fairfield, died Saturday, April 14, 2007, at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.

      A service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Danny Cary officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.

      Family visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

      Memorials may be made to the Nelson Nursing Home activity fund or Jefferson County Parks. Cards and memorials may be sent to 1830 Iris Ave., Fairfield 52556.

      Mr. Martin was born Dec. 31, 1913, in Fairfield, the son of Alvin and Emma McWilliams Martin. He married Mildred Ruth Neiswenger in 1936. She died Jan. 14, 2004.
