Gerald R. Lundberg

      VIRGINIA, Minn.-Gerald R. Lundberg, 70, of Virginia, Minn., died Friday, March 26, 2004, in Yakima County, Wash., due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

      A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at noon on Friday, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Virginia, Minn., with the Rev. John O'Donnell officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Virginia, Minn. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of the service, at the church. Memorials may be directed to the Virginia, Minn., Public Library or to a charity of the donor's choosing. Landmark Funeral Home in Virginia, Minn., is incharge of arrangements.

      Mr. Lundberg was born on Nov. 29, 1933, in Duluth, Minn., to Gilbert and Minnie (Strand) Lundberg. He married Barbara F. Hansen in 1957. He served as interim CEO and chief financial officer at Washington County Hospital in Washington.
