Gerald Richard Hill

FAIRFIELD ? Gerald Richard Hill, 90, of Fairfield, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2008, at the Living Care Center of the Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

      Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8, at Batavia Cemetery in Batavia, with the Rev. Danny Cary officiating. No family visitation will be held. Friends may sign the Book of Condolence until 5 p.m. Thursday, or until noon Friday, at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. Memorials may be made to Fairfield Little League or Fairfield Babe Ruth.

      Mr. Hill was born Aug. 6, 1918, in Libertyville, the son of Roy H. and Vada Fern (Parker) Hill. He married Nada Lavelle Hanna on June 14, 1940.
