Gilbert E. Galyean
Gilbert E. Galyean, 54, of New London, died unexpectedly Sunday, May 11, 2003, at the Fort Madison Community Hospital.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 15, 2003, at the Beatty Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Lowell Simmons officiating. Burial will be in the Burge Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon Wednesday at the Beatty Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, with family present from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorials have been established to the National Rifle Association and to Ducks Unlimited.
