Gladys A. Embree
WELLMAN-Gladys A. Embree, 84, of Wellman, died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2003, at Parkview Manor in Wellman, following a brief Illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17, at Powell Funeral Home in Wellman, with the Rev. Gene Carpenter officiating. Burial will be in Wellman Cemetery. Visitationwill be at the funeral home, from 4 to 8 p.m. today. A general memorial has been established.
Mrs. Embree was born on Oct. 3, 1918, near North English, to Ira and Ethel (Glanz) Netser. She married Henry S. "Harry" Embree on Dec. 21, 1940.
