Glen Baumert
SIGOURNEY - Glen Baumert, 72, of Sigourney, died Monday, April 21, 2008, in Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
Funeral services were Thursday, April 24, in the Holm Funeral Home in Sigourney with the Rev. Jim Bringman officiating. Military honors were given by Sigourney veterans. Burial was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Sigourney.
Mr. Baumert was born Sept. 4, 1935 near Keota, the son of Floyd and Pearl (Brock) Baumert. He married Rebecca German Moon on March 21, 1972 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua.
