Glen Dale Wood
Glen Dale Wood, 88, of Ainsworth, died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2003, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Columbus Junction, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Burial will be in Oregon Township Cemetery in Ainsworth, with military rites accorded. Visitation begins at noon on Friday, at the funeral home, with family present from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the Ainsworth Opera House of the charity of one's choice.
Mr. Wood was born on Fe. 9, 1915, in Ladysmith, Wis., to Roy Eugene and Alma LaVesta (Reigel) Wood.
