Glen Everett Williams

Glen Everett Williams, 78, of Washington, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005, at Halcyon House.

      The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 25 at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. today at Jones Funeral Home in Washington, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established to Washington Betterment Foundation.

Survivors include a daughter, Lorraine Williams of Washington; three sons, Russell Williams of Washington, Ray Williams of Minneapolis, Minn., and Randy Williams of Ninbo, China; five grandchildren; three brothers, Jack Williams of Sun City, Ariz., Roy Williams of Marion and Kenneth Williams of Ankeny; and four sisters, Rebecca Tucker of Washington, Helen Wood of Kansas City, Kan., Edna Williams of Denmark and Elsie Crabtree of Denmark.

      In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, a sister and two brothers.
