Glen G. White
WELLMAN - Glen G. White, 91, of Wellman, died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2004, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 17, at Powell Funeral Home in Wellman, with the Rev. Marvin Hostetler officiating. Burial will be in Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 16, at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established for the Wellman Volunteer Fire Department and the Wellman Ambulance service.
Mr. White was born on May 12, 1913, in Hydro, Okla., to William and Magdalena (Miller) White. On Feb. 21, 1939, he married Amy Martin near South English.
