Glenda J. Hutson December 26, 1950 - September 22, 2005

      Glenda J. Hutson, 54, of Niota, Ill., died at 2:50 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

      The funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 26 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dallas City, Ill., with Fathers Luke Spanagel and Jim Rammer officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Fort Madison. Visitation will begin after 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25 at the King-Lynk Funeral Home in Fort Madison, with family present from 5 to 7 p.m. There will be a wake service at 7 p.m. A memorial has been established.       Survivors include her husband; two sons, Chad Hutson of Mt. Pleasant, and Chris Hutson, stationed in Guam; two daughters, Kimberly Adelmund of Waterloo and Lista and her husband Steven Freers of Cedar Falls; a stepdaughter, Candi and her husband Brendan Tebbs of Burleson, Texas; her mother, Cordillia Jane Carter of Oakville; her father of Mt. Vernon, Ill.; two brothers, Lonnie and his wife Rita Lewis of Phoenix, Ariz., and Ron Carter of Fairfield; a sister, Rose Jarvis of Phoenix; nine grandchildren; and her mother-in-law, Ruth Hutson of Niota.

      She was preceded in death by a daughter; her stepfather, Jerry Carter; and her father-in-law, Clarence Hutson.
