Goldie E. Cox
Goldie E. Cox, 82, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died Wednesday morning, March 14, 2001, at Meadow Lawn Nursing Care Center in Davenport.
The funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 17, in the chapel of Forest Home Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant with the Rev. David Plooster of the First Baptist Church officiating. Visitation will be noon to 8 p.m. Friday, March 16, at Weir Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. There will be no family visitation at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery.
