Grace A. Norenberg

      KEOTA-Grace A. Norenberg, 94, of Keota, died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2006, at Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney, following a brief illness.

      Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 4, at Holy Trinity Parish, St. Mary Catholic Church in Keota, with the Rev. Philip Ryan officiating. Burial will be in Keota Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. this evening at Powell Funeral Home in Keota, where a rosary will be said at 7 p.m. A memorial has been established for Hospice.

      Mrs. Norenberg was born Feb. 17, 1911, in Clear Creek Township to August and Katherine (Haupert) Biewen She married Isaac Grove Norenberg on Nov. 28, 1928, in Sigourney. He preceded her in death in 1987.
