Grace Elizabeth Ewoldt

      Grace Elizabeth Ewoldt, 80, of Washington, formerly of Davenport, died Sunday, March 18, 2007 in the M.L. McCreedy Home in Washington following a decline in health.

      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 22 in the Faith Baptist Church in Washington with the Rev. Harald Gruber officiating. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation will begin at noon Wednesday in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Washington County or the Faith Baptist Youth Group.

      Mrs. Ewoldt was born Dec. 19, 1926 in Washington County, the daughter of Joseph A. and Goldie (Messenger) Conrad. She married Ernest Allar in Springfield Mo. He preceded her in death in 1983. She later married Waldo Ewoldt in Davenport. He preceded her in death in 1998.
