Grace Jeanette Gamon

      Grace Jeanette Gamon, 95, of rural Wellman, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2003, at United Presbyterian Home in Washington, following a lengthy illness.

      Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 22, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Don Collings officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will begin at noon on Tuesday, at the funeral home, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be directed to Prairie Flower Baptist Church or the National Marfan Foundation Research.

      Mrs. Gamon was born on July 19, 1908, in Wellman, to Cyrus and Lauretta (Thompson) Huber. She married William W. Gamon on Aug. 28, 1928, in Washington.
