Greta M. Freeman
Greta May Freeman, 106, of Bettendorf, formerly of Rome, died Sunday, Jan. 6, at Riverview Manor Nursing Home in Pleasant Valley.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 24, at Grant Cemetery in Rome.
She was born May 15, 1901, in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of Arthur and Maude Mitchell Dold. On Dec. 8, 1927, she married William H. Freeman in Mt. Pleasant. He preceded her in death; she later married Tom Freeman in Mt. Pleasant.
