Guey Clarence Timmerman

      Guey Clarence Timmerman, 86, 305 East McKinley St., Mt. Pleasant, died at 3:40 a.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2002, at the Sunrise Terrace Care Center, Winfield.

      A funeral service for Guey Timmerman will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 20, at the Weir Funeral Home, 213 North Main Street, Mt. Pleasant. The Reverend Philip A. Borleske, Pastor, Swedesburg Evangelical Lutheran Church and Chaplain of Southeast Iowa Crossroads Hospice, will officiate. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant. Friends may call from 12 noon to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at the Weir Funeral Home, where the family will be present to receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening.
