H. Daniel 'Dan' Hazelett

      MANLY-H. Daniel "Dan" Hazelett, 63, of Mason City, formerly of Ainsworth, died Friday, June 4, 2004, at Mercy Hospital in Mason City, of congestive heart failure.

      Memorial services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 10, at Ainsworth Community Church, with the Rev. Kitch Shatzer officiating. Family visitation will follow in the church's social hall. Memorial services will also be held at Bethel United Methodist Church in Manly on Saturday, June 12, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Bob Cummings officiating. Bride Colonial Chapel in Manly is in charge of arrangements. A general memorial has been established.

      Mr. Hazelett was born on Oct. 2, 1940, in Ainsworth, to Hugh D. and Pauline (Jolly) Hazelett.
