Hal Wilson James, 78, of Washington, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, at Central Church of Christ, 1500 First Ave. NW, in Cedar Rapids. Burial will be held at a later date.
