Harold O. Carter
Harold O. Carter, 82, of Eureka Springs, Ark., formerly of Burlington, died at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, 1999, at his home after a lengthy illness.
Nelson Funeral Home of Eureka Springs is in charge of cremation. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery at a later date. Contributions can be made to the Eureka Springs Hospice, 24 Norris St., Eureka Springs, Ark., 72632.
