Harold W. Weeber

      KALONA - Harold W. Weeber, 93, of Pleasantview Home in Kalona, died Thursday, June 19, 2008 in Mercy Hospital, Iowa City, after a short illness.

      Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, June 23, in Sharon Center United Methodist Church in rural Kalona with the Rev. Doug Cue officiating. Burial will be in Sharon Center Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday in the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with a Masonic service at 6:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Sharon Center United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge No. 549, Pleasantview Home or a charity of the family's choice.

      Mr. Weeber was born June 10, 1915, the son of Walter and Kathryn (Miller) Weeber. He married M. Helen Maier on Dec. 31, 1937 in Belle Plaine.
