Harriet Louise Phillips
Harriet Louise Phillips, 102, of Washington, died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008, in the Washington County Hospital following a short illness.
Funeral services will be in the Jones-Eden Funeral home in Washington at a later date. Memorials may be made to Operation Smile or to the Salvation Army.
Ms. Phillips was born Jan. 16, 1906 in Washington, the daughter of James N. and Harriet Anna (Bailey) Phillips.
