Harry H. Payne
MUSCATINE-Harry H. Payne, 70, of Muscatine, died Sunday, June 18, 2006, at home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 23, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home in Muscatine, with the Rev. Richard Sebeniecher of New Hope United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Island Cemetery, with military rites conducted by the combined squads of the American Legion Post 27 and the VFW Post 1565. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 22, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials have been established for New Hope United Methodist Church or Amenity Hospice in Cedar Rapids.
